Sarah Graziano - Indianapolis Attorney
Sarah Graziano was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but has called Indiana her home since graduating from Valparaiso University School of Law, with honors, in 1999.  Sarah began her career focusing on litigation for a well respected defense firm in Indianapolis and she quickly realized that her true focus was to help people who have disputes with corporations, insurance companies and the like. Since 2002 Sarah has focused her practice on helping individuals who have been injured in automobile collisions, falls, as well as helping individuals with employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, contractual disputes and other issues involving the employment relationship. 

Sarah has been extremely fortunate to have a vast variety of trials in her nearly eight years of practice.  In 2006 alone she was the lead attorney on 5 jury trials throughout the State of Indiana and has been victorious on some very unique legal issues in the Federal Court System. 

Sarah is an active member in good standing with the Indiana Bar Association and also holds memberships with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana Young Lawyers Association (lawyers in practice less than 10 years), and the National Employment Lawyers Association of Indiana.  As part of her membership with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) she has had the privilege to speak at seminars hosted by ITLA both on employment matters and issues involving claims for injuries.  Additionally, prior to graduating from law school she participated in the first off-campus externship offered by Valparaiso University.  This externship offered Sarah a very unique opportunity to work with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission district office in Indianapolis.  While the externship was without pay, the knowledge gained through the experience still assists Sarah with the many clients who seek advice and representation for employment discrimination matters.
